Edit email. An important element for logging into our system is the email address specified during initial registration. When you forget your password, an opportunity to change your password will be sent to this email address. Automatic letters and notifications from our system are also sent to this email address. Therefore, we recommend that if you have changed your active email address, take this into account and change your email address in our system. This is a fairly simple procedure, for which you need to log in to your profile, as well as to your password settings, and make the change. Before saving, check again whether you entered your email address correctly.
Email verification. We also recommend that you verify your email address by our system. This means sending a confirmation email from our system to your email address and making appropriate changes to this email. The verification procedure can be initiated (started) from your account without our intervention.
I cannot use my registered email address. If for some reason you cannot use your registered e-mail, which is why you cannot log in to your account. At this time, your actual identification is required: name, surname, personal number, company, identification code. You must provide us with an officially signed letter to the office requesting a change of e-mail. See the approximate letter template
Note: It is necessary that the name of the company and/or individual indicated in the letter matches the registered data. Otherwise, the letter will not be legitimate.
