Why doesn't the website or email page open? Blocking the user's IP address

Our user's website or email page not opening may be caused by our system blocking the user's computer's IP address. In this case, your account or website will not be blocked and you can easily open the website from a computer on another network or even via mobile Internet, because it uses a different IP address. To unblock the IP address, you must contact us in "Support" or another contact method and write to us your blocked IP address.

How do I find out my IP address?

To find out your IP address, go to the appropriate site (e.g. myip.com), which shows you your IP address, regardless of which computer you are accessing from.

Why is the user's IP address blocked?

Our server has a standard protection system installed that blocks the IP address of the computer that behaves so-called incorrectly when accessing the server and creates a risk of creating a problem with the user's account or website itself, and from there to our server as well.

One such action is when a user enters an incorrect password many times in a row when logging into an email or cPanel account. As mentioned above, in this case, contact us and we will remove the block on the IP address;

It is possible that there is a virus on the user's computer that remembers the user's actions, passwords, etc. In this case, this virus periodically tries to log into the user's account, at which time our system blocks the IP address.

Therefore, we urge all users to use licensed antivirus programs on their computers. We live in an era where saving on such protection leads to much greater losses and costs in terms of security.
